Stop putting cheese at the bottom of the monitor.
OK, seriously, there are various causes. You might just google for "mouse
jumps to corner" (leave off the quotes) and you'll find many discussions of
the problem as well as various corrective measures.
And, your question really has nothing to do with MS Office. You'd be better
off asking this in a Windows OS oriented group, or PC hardware.
