My MSword2000 is not showing menu bar & it is difficult to close

My MSWORD 2000 is appearing without Menu Bar and I am unable to use keyboard
shortcuts too. The word page is appearing plainly with out any icons. It is
too difficult for usage. Kindly help me what is the problem with my MS Word.
Excel is working properly. & I am using MS Outlook Express 2000.

I tried to paste a print screen format for your refernce but its not
possible here. Kindly do the needful.
