My name does not appear in the "from" column of several sent messa

This strange issue does not happen all of the time; however when I go back to review past messages stored in folders of my pst, some have my name in the "from" column and some do not. When the message is opened, of course my name is there. This is not critical but it becomes annoying when you re-sort by that column.
(Outlook 2000 with Windows 2000)
