my new,save,save as tabs doesnt work in any place of office 2003

My office 2003 just can read files in word excell and other programs and tabs
like new,save,save as,options doesnt work.how can i fix it?

Is it a trial Office application? Your evaluation period may have run out. If it
is not a trial, did you activate your program?
