my objects dont display correctly on different sized screens

Hi can anyone help me i have a problem with my web site, the objects are
displaced when viewed on a different sized screen to the screen i used to
create the site, i thought maybe that this could be due to something
involving absoloute positioning but i really dont know????
does anyone have the solution
