My Office 2007 trial expires before the 60 days

I just got a new computer which was used by my bf for about a month before he
built his new one. Anyways to the point, I downloaded the trial version of
Office Standard 2007 to see how I liked it and to see if I should buy it
instead of Home and Student but once I downloaded it and entered the product
it and I open Word it said it expired. I tried this many times including
downloading it and getting another key for it and still the same. I want my
60 day trial like it states! I've seen that other people have had this
trouble and I hope someone found out why.

Hi Jeanine,

You may want to check to see if the computer came with a trial edition of Microsoft Office 2007 (a number of them do) and adding
another trial to that one change the timespan.

If not, then search for a file named opa12.dat, send it to the recycle bin, then restart the PC and try the activation.
