I cannot open any attachments in Outlook and Picture Manager is full of files
I cannot delete

What happens when you (1) try to open attachments and (2) try to delete
files?

O

Ozer

When I click on the attachments, Picture Manager opens with over 500 little
frames with a small X in a little box in the middle of them. The frames all
have various names such as"1729_hero_m1281812" and "1x1clear".
When I try to delete any of these, it shows an error message: "Cannot delete
file: Cannot read from the source file or disk"

Sorry JoAnn, I posted my reply to the general community. I'm very new at this.

Australia & havent been able to re-acess my computer until now. Any luck with
information about my query?

I deleted that post out of Outlook Express - let me go check it out and see
what's going on.

Looks like you posted those answers elsewhere. Let me see if I can find
them. (For future reference - It makes it difficult when you change
newsgroups.)

I can't find your response. Please reply to this group so I can see if I can
help.

Do you have a camera card in your computer or a card reader?

(Sorry - I was away from my computer all day)

Instead of double-clicking on the attachment, try a Save Attachment. See if
*that* makes a difference.
