My old machine died and just purchased a new computer

I have purchased the 2003 Student & Teacher Edition a few years back and
installed it on 3 machines in my home as allowed. Well it appears I need to
replace one of the machines. Is there anyway I can install the program on the
new machine or am I stuck and need to purchase another program?

Thw program doesnt, but on line activation, depending sometimes on the time
scale, does know how many times its been activated
