About 2 days ago, my Dell alerted my that there were updates from Microsoft.
I clicked on the alert and read the information but it didn't appear
anything downloaded.
About 24 hours later..I open my outlook for my email and it's a completely
blank (new ) oultook. No accounts, no old emails, no addresses, no folders.
Any ideas what happened? The only thing that was different from one day
prior was my opening the alert box regarding updates?
