My "Out of Office Assistant" is ghosted - how do I turn it on?

I have tried to reset disabled actions etc and it doies not appear as a
disabled option.

Try these:
Go to Tools->Options, Other tab, Advanced Options, Add-In Manager make sure
Exchange Extensions commands is selected.

If that option is not in the list then try in the Add-In Manager, click
Install, click outex.ecf and click Open.

Let us know how it works.

Thanks for your reply.
Exchange Extensions already had a tick in the box, so I guess it is already
installed.

Any other ideas?

It only works with an Exchange account - otherwise, it is disabled.

Please let us know if this was the case. I thought the option would not show
up at all when you didn't have an Exchange account setup.
