my outgoing messages won't send i get error 0x800ccc0f

does anybody no what my problem is in microsoft office my messages won't get
to the sent box they go to the outbox and sit ther. I do realestate and need
to send messages asap! Thanks a lot you can write me (e-mail address removed)

Do you have email scanning AV installed and set to scan incoming/outgoing
mail? If yes, turn it off.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
