I have installed the last microsoft update that was sent
to me. I operate my computer with XP and the version of
office that I have is XP. However, since the installation
of the last XP operating system update, Outlook does not
launch right away, and in fact I will have to restart my
computer before I can Launch Outlook. Is there a fix or
