My OWC's Spreadsheet is not displayed

Could you help me
I have a PivotTable web using OWC. It works well when it's being accessed by users from the same network segmen
But when the PT is being accessed by users form another segmen/domain, the object become dissappear without any confirm (even I have added the address on IE's the trusted site).
