My Pictures folder deleted

I delted My Pictures folder in error. It is not in the recycle bin because I
cleaned that out. How do you restore the My Pictures folder?

Your question would best be reposted to a newsgroup related to whatever
operation system you're using (Windows 2000? Windows XP? Vista?)
