my playlist won't sync to my device

I have a playlist that I'm trying to copy to a device(mp3 player) but it says
there is an unknown error. how do I solve this problem. the music plays but
doesnt let me put it on the device.

Sorry, but you'll need to find a more appropriate newsgroup to ask this
question (one related either to your specific MP3 device, which implies
looking somewhere outside of the Microsoft site, or one of the Windows Media
groups).

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
