my print icon does not work in Outlook

We have Outlook 2003, SP 3. When we open e-mail message and click the "print"
icon, we are directed to save the file, not to print it. When we try to print
by going to "file" and then "print", it works. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Which printer is defined in your Printers and Faxes folder as your default?
