My printer is not working at all

when I try to get anything to print, including from note pad, I receive an
error message t5elling that the printing spooling is not working, what can I
do to get my printer working again, I have windows XP and it is not letting
me do anything in regards to printing, I cannot assign, install, etc.

If you go to Start - Settings - Printers & Faxes, is your printer listed in
there?

If not, try rebooting, and check it again.

How is this an Outlook question? Have you checked to see if the Print
Spooler service is running?

You've posted this in a Microsoft Outlook newsgroup. If this is related to
Outlook please post more details. If this is strictly a printer question,
this isn't the correct newsgroup. Please find a newsgorup for your particular
printer or your O/S.
