My product key isnt working

I typed my whole product key caps and everything. but it stll keeps saying
that its invaled. I really need my microsoft word. can you please help me??

Where did you find that key? Did you buy Office separately or did it come
preinstalled on your computer?

Make sure you're reading everything correctly. G and 6, well as others, are
commonly confused. Have somebody else type it in for you, just in case you're
not reading it correctly.
