My Projects Category

We are using Project Server 2002. We want to be sure that our Program Managers (who manage multiple projects and project managers) will be able to see both current and future projects that pertain to their particular programs. In modifying the My Projects category, if I select "All current and future projects" will the Program Managers be able to access projects that they should not see? If I select "Only the projects indicated below" would that prevent the Program Managers from seeing projects created in the future? We are new at this, thank you for any advice.

Peter:

All current and future means just that, everything. So, if Project Managers
aren't supposed to see everything, then this will give them access to
everything unless there's another category they are associated with that
takes this away.

Sounds like some combination of the Only the projects options will work for
you.
