My question marks, apostrophies and quotation marks are weird.

I seems like I might have a Fr. Canadian version of Word 2007 as my question
marks come out like this.....É; quotations like È.....and apostrophies like
è.....
How do I fix this. Please!

You have a non-English keyboard selected - the default key combination to
switch keyboards if you have multiple ones enabled is left Alt+Shift.
Alternatively go to Control Panel > Regional Settings to change various
keyboard settings.
