My registry cleaner has removed key office 2003 files!!!

I ran a registry cleaner(abexo) on my laptop but it has now prevented me from
accessing any of the Office 2003 programs. When I load a program up it says
preparing to install then looks for a file called "SKU001.cab" the laptop is
a company one so i do not have the installation CD. Is there anyway of
locating this file without the operating CD as I am a little aprehensive
about asking at work! I never made a backup of the original registry
configuration and have since deleted the program. I have also tried running
a system restore but this doesn't help either. If anybody could please shed
some light I would be most gratefull. If not I am going to have to swallow
my pride admit defeat and ask for the IT department to help!!!!!

If you've deleted entries with a registry cleaner on a work system, you
really need to 'fess up. Registry cleaners can do more damage than cure.
