my rules dont work

I have rules set; but they do not do anything on their
own or evn if I run them manually. Msges supposed to be
moved to different folder from designated receipients
remian in inbox!

I am having pretty much the same problem in Outlook 2003
with pop3 accounts. What version are you running?
