NVIDIA drivers do this...right-click your desktop, properties, settings tab, advanced
button, one of the tabs will have a way to rotate the display.

Not an Office question but I think Ctrl + Alt + Up/Dn/Left/Right
rotates the screen for some graphics drivers.
