My shape is not locked or protected and will not resize.

My annotation shape, oval callout and box callout, will not resize when I
drag the handles. It is not locked or protected. How do I resize it? In
the Cabinets template, my L-shaped countertop will not drag to the work area
and it's not protected or locked. How do I move it onto the work area? I am
using Visio 2007.

When you place the shape by dragging it from the stencil, it should show two
yellow control handles and two green handles. The green handles may be
dragged to place the line end and the position of the text box. The yellow
control handles are used to control the size of the text box. (If you click
the shape a 2nd time, then the control handles around the perimeter of the
text box will show. These are disabled and non-functional.)
