"My Shortcuts" folder lost when Office 2003 update downloaded...

Previously using Office 2000, I created some folders in order to organize
incoming email. I downloaded Office 2003 last night, and now cannot find
these folders. Surely they can't be lost.....can they ?!?!? Arrgghhh..
Please send HELP.

Did you back them up or save them by any chance. You said you downloaded
Off2003 . You did not say if you installed it. I presume that you did.
