My Shortcuts

The shortcuts placed in My Shortcuts on the outlook
shortcuts bar for accessing other users calendars have
stopped working. They now display the default calendar
for the user logged onto the orignal mailbox and not the
selected calendars of other users.

Make the folder visible by View-> Folderlist and see if they are still added
to your mailbox. Recreate the shortcuts and see if that works.
