My Signature is not working when forwarding an e-mail

I am using Outlook 2003 and have enabled signature on new messages, replies
and forwards. But when I forward a message I do not get a signature. Please
advise.

I have one exhange account is there another one that I should check. Please

If you have only one email account, I would double-check that you've
correctly set the reply/forward signature for that account to a valid
signature. I know you said you already did that, but since it's not working,
checking the setting and even setting it to a different signature for
testing, is the next troubleshooting step.
