My "stationary picker" is greyed out. Need it active. How?

For some reason, my "stationary picker" is greyed out and I can no longer use
it. Also, I can't seem to add special fonts or attributes to "signatures"
anymore.

I have Office XP 2000.

Any ideas?

"Plain Text" set as the default perhaps?

Click Tools > Options > Mail Format and make sure HTML is selected.
Stationery only works in HTML format.
