My system wont restore to a previous date

once in a while my key strokes come on screen as different charachters. i
can put this right by holding down the Fn key. However, in the past, a system
restore has corrected the problem but now the system wont restore to an
earlier point. Help!? (typed with one hand - as a result)

Not an Office issue. Try posting to the applicable version of Windows
newsgroup.

The Fn key use should be outline in your computer user manual/guide, or
you may contact tech support from the computer manufacturer. This isn't
controlled by Office or Windows.
