My task bar icons

My task bar icons are blurry when they are set at "large" and too small for
me when they are set "small". Is it possible to set an intermediate size?

There is no intermediate size but the actual size depends on your screen
resolution so you may want to consider adjusting that. The large icons are a
little blurry but if you find it a serious problem (and it's not your eyes)
it may be that you would benefit from getting a better quality monitor.
