My Tasks - Date Display

In server settings, task settings and display, I have the reporting option
set to have tasks start on MONDAY. This was done to coincide with our
timesheet periods, which also begin on Mondays. We've noticed that each day
you log into PWA and go to the "My Tasks" page, the date columns shift by a
day, so the week appears out-of-sync with the timesheet dates. Anyone seen
this? Any thoughts?

No - our timesheet periods remain fixed as they were when we set up the system.
it appears the "My task" dates shift each day - by one day. Very odd

Michael:
I am experiencing this.
Currently, we use timesheets for nothing but Administrative Time, and use
the My Tasks view for daily time entry (turned on the "Hours per day" feature
after installing hotfix). I added the My Timesheets web part to the My Tasks
view (below the My Tasks web part). Today, 11-23-2007, the My Tasks day grid
starts on Tuesday, 11-20, and the My Timesheets day grid starts on Monday,
11-19. Both have settings to dictate weeks starting on Mondays.

Also, certain people cannot use the My Tasks view when the date format in
the day grid is set to WeekDay/Short Date format.

I have almost the same problem.
My tasks grid start on Friday and My timesheet on Monday...

in fact the grid starts 3 days before the current date and finish 3
days after it

And that is really annoying.
All our users enter hours pr day on monday and then thei have to shift
between 2 weeks just to complete one week. And if you forgent to
"save" before clicking Last og Nest" the hours you entered will sow up
in the previous or nex week...
You MUST save before moving on

The best solution/workaround I've seen is to edit the webpart and under the
PWA options de-select the option for "hours by day". This now will display
the progress as a single field instead of each day. Now selecting the
progress cell for the task you want to enter time on will bring up a mini
data entry field with the correct day range for the week (similar to the
entry on when you are in the task details page).
