My Tasks shows incorrect actual hours, not able to report act in

Please some advice on following errors:

1. For a user in my organisation actual hours entered in de Progress pop-up
screen for entering hours per day are modified when this popup is reopened.

For example he clicks on the progress column of a task A, enters 4 hours on
Tuesday, he opens the progress popup for another task B. When he re-opens the
progress pop-up screen per day for task A then 8,031h are reported as Actual
on Monday and 0.5h are reported on Tuesday! This problems occurs also for
this user for other projects on his My Task screen. The My timesheet
functionality is not used by this organisation.

2. This same user is not able to report hours an a task on Mon 02-July-07
when the Finish day for this task is in on Wednesday the 5th of July 2007 and
remaining hours exist. I have republished the project but that did not help.

3. For this same user for some tasks A red exclamation mark (!) is displayed
indicating that the updates have not been submitted. But when selecting these
or all tasks and pressing Submit selected the red ! does not go away.

do you get any queue or event log error?
Does this only occur with this one user and if so does it always happen with
this one user ( can you reproduce the issue everytime or only for a specific
task)
Thanks

Hello Marc,
Thanks for you response.
There is no queue or event log error.
This does as far as I know occur only for this user, but for multiple
projects of this user. I can reproduce this behaviour for issues 1 and 3 for
multiple tasks. Issue 2 does only appear for one task.

Marcel.

It seems strange that this is only occuring to one user. Can you tell me if
this only occurs for this user on one PC or does this happen to the user even
if he/she logs on to another PC
thanks
