My Tesco email has stopped being delivered to Outlook inbox.

My main email is BTinternet but I also have a Tesco email address. Until
yesterday Tesco emails have always been delivered OK to my inbox though
Outlook always seems to get timed out trying to send Message 1 of 1 then
Message 2 of 2 (no idea what those messages might be). Now I have to go to
the Tesco website for my Tesco emails which is inconvenient.

I tried changing the settings in Outlook and got this message

Send test e-mail message: the server responded: 421 aamtaout02-winn.ispma

Grateful for any suggestions on how to solve!
