The web interface isn't very user friendly. I would suggest using Google
Groups to search for any responses. As for rating answers, I honestly don't
know who uses that data. I assume it's compiled somewhere but since so many
other sites tap into the MS groups, the ratings aren't really a good gauge
for anything.
