My trial product number does not work

I have entered the product code and does not work. One product code is on the
backside of my laptop, the second product code is on a laminated piece of
cardboard which came with my computer. Microsoft Office 2003

I have to admit that I don't know specifically where the product number for
the trial version is but I *do* know that it's not affixed to the laptop.

Make sure you read the number carefully. Zeroes and Os look a lot alike, as
do eights and Bs, sixes and Gs, Us and Vs, Qs and Os, and ones and Ls.
(Plus - it only works once. If your time expired, you can't uninstall and
install it again for another trial period.)
