My Tungsten E will not synchronise with Outlook

I have installed the software for my Palm Tungsten E but when I hot sync the
synchronisation fails. This is on Outlook 2003 SP1 on a computer running
Windows 2000 and forming part of an office LAN.

I'd check with Palm for support with their product.
