I share a computer with other family members. In my user profile I cannot
access any OUTLOOK features including email. When I try to open OUTLOOK I
get an error telling me that the Exchange Server is unavailable. I am
connected to the internet via Comcast High Speed, I can use Outlook Express
and I really want to be able to use the calendar, contacts and other OUTLOOK
features. How do I get off this Exchange Server problem?

It doesn't sound like Outlook is set up with the correct exchange server. If
you're using ComCast's email, you need to call them up and ask what settings
you need to use.

Not sure why that would happen, but it sounds like you will need to remove
your profile and add it again, but when you add it you need to select pop3
account instead of exchange server. Once you select POP3 then it's just a
matter of entering the comcast server addresses for the incoming and outgoing
mail. Good luck.

For Outlook 2002/2003, click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. Select the
Exchange account and click Remove. For earlier versions of Outlook, click
Tools>Services, select the Exchange service and remove it.
