my web site component hit counter does record visits to the site

I have had my web site published for over a month and have realized that the
hit counter isn't recording visits to my site: www.wingover2.com

My browers said it was a FrontPage glitch ... help anyone ??????

This may be a permissions issue that your web host will have to fix. See
