My web title doesnotappear on the title bar of IF

HELP!! :)
I am using FP 2002, I want my web title to show up at the top of IE and the
link tab, I right clicked on the page, wnt to "page properities" and the
general tab and changed the title, but the title still does not appear on the
IE tab or at the top of the page. How can I recify this?
