mysql in asp.net framework

is it possible to connect to a mysql database using asp.net and frontpage
outside of the wizard. Everytime I try to connect to the mysql database
usingthe wizard with the asp.net radio button selected, my system hangs up.
I can connect to the mysql database just fine using the .asp radio button
selected. But if i try to connect using the asp.net button, it just hangs
up. What am I doing wrong?
