A user claims to have updated a note on Tuesday. On
Thursday morning the note appeared blank. I restored the
note from Tuesday night, it was still blank. I restored
the note from Monday night in case the user was mistaken
about the update. Still blank. What I notice is once the
restore happens, the note has a title. Indicating to me
there is actually text inside the note but I can't see
it. Once you modify the note at all by putting a space in
it, the title is lost. Is there anything wierd about
Outlook 2002 that would cause this? How about Exchange
Server 2000? Is there some limit reached that would cause
this note to appear blank?
