MyTask page issue

I am creating a project using ‘CreateProjectFromTemplate’ method of PSI
(Project 2007) and after that I am replacing the Generic User from Actual
user from PWA. In this case user is not getting tasks in MyTask page.
But If I replace the Generic User from Actual using Project Professional,
users are getting task in MyTask Page.

OR

If I am creating New Project (using Template) from Project Professional and
then I am replacing Generic User from Actual user from PWA, then also it
works fine.

I am confused with this ….

Make sure that when you replace the Generic Work Resource with the Work
Resource via the PSI you ensure that the
ProjectDataSet.AssignmentRow.RES_UID_OWNER is set to the GUID of the
Work Resource.

Hi,

We are not replacing user via PSI, we are replacing the Generic User from
Actual
user via PWA, and after that we users are not able to see tasks on MyTask
page.

but if we do replacement via Project Professional it works fine.

I'm sorry -- I misinterpreted your question. If you create the project
from the template using the PSI and then open it in Pro, who is the
Assignment Owner for the assignments? What about after you replace the
resource using PWA?
