When using the Word 2003 option to print 4 pages per page, I'd like the odd
pages to appear on the right and the even pages on the left (so it looks
like a side-flip layout). It's easy enough to temporarily insert a blank
initial page in the document before printing, but that only works until the
first odd-page break in the document--then it reverts to odd pages on the
left. Is there any convenient way to do what I want? Thanks.
