.N2K file is not working

User states that his AutoComplete is not working. Checked the Outlook profile
against the name for the .N2K file and they are the same. Also noted that the
file had 396KB so I know it wasn't empty. Made a backup copy and created a
new profile. Renamed the backup to the new profile name, but still cannot use
AutoComplete. We are working in Outlook2003. Any other suggestions?
