Name Cannot Be Resolved

Ok, Upgraded Office 2003(working ok) to Office 2007. Now receiving this
message when attempting to connect to Exchange Server 2003:
Name Cannot be resolved. The connection to Microsoft Exchange Server is
unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete the action.
