Name change - user got married

Hi, we are running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. One of my users got
married and changed her name. I have renamed her account in AD and her
Exchange mailbox now displays the new name correctly. However, her Outlook
client still shows her maiden name at the top of the tree next to "Mailbox".
I have marked her mailbox for deletion and reconnected it but to no avail.
The option within Outlook to change the name is greyed out. Does anyone have
any idea how I can progress this?

Create a new (or update existing) Outlook profile. For example (update),
make sure all apps are closed (e.g. check task manager to make sure Outlook
is closed). Go to the mail applet in the control panel and just wipe out
the display name and type in the name again. Close this out and start
Outlook. This should cause Outlook to refresh its display.

Neo, thanks for this. I can't get hold of the user at the moment but as soon
as I do I'll let you know how I get on.
