Hello I just purchased a DELL XPS 600 holding MS Office 2003 Basic Edition
(Word, Excel and Outlook). In 2 out of 3 user profiles the name of the
registred owner is not visible if you go Help->About. I says "blank line" -
next line "Non-corporate" and third line the registration number. When logged
onto the computer using one user profile the name is visible. The two
remaining user profile indicate no registred owner's name.
In the registry, I found an entry named "RegOwner" in the Office11 section
in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. I think this is related to the subject problem. I did
delete and recreate the entry, did a reboot, but it does not fix the problem.
Does anybody know how to fix this issue?
