name on e-mail

hello, when i send an e-mail from our account it shows up as my husbands name
instead of the actual e-mail address. How do we change this so our last name
pops up instead of his?

Go into the e-mail account that you defined inside of Outlook and put
whatever string you want in the Your Name field.
