Recently we did an export of all Exchange mailboxes. We changed the Display Names from Firstname Lastname to Lastname, Firstname. Users are requesting that we change the existing e-mails in their mailbox to have the same format display. This would allow them to search based on the From: and To: column. Are their any ready made fixes or templates to execute this operation?
