Names are in the Disbtribution List but not in Contacts

How do I get the names in the Disbtribution List to appear in the
Contacts/Address Book so I can only email them? The Distribution Lists
were imported from Outlook Express version 6.

OE6 does not support Distribution Lists.
Nor can you import address book groups from OE into Outlook.
